By installing or using the AuctionLens Chrome extension or visiting auctionlens.ai (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AuctionLens is an AI-powered research assistant that provides auction comparables, scholarly references, museum collection data, and AI-generated analysis for auction listings. The Service is provided as a Chrome browser extension and associated backend services.
AuctionLens uses artificial intelligence to generate research and analysis. AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. You should independently verify all information provided by AuctionLens before making any purchase, bidding, or investment decisions. AuctionLens does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.
The Service does not provide financial, legal, investment, or professional appraisal advice. Research results and bid recommendations are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your purchasing and bidding decisions.
You agree to use the Service only for personal research purposes. You may not:
You may need to create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
AuctionLens offers a free tier (3 research searches, with summary and history research) and paid subscriptions: Collector (US$19/month or US$190/year, 40 searches per month) and Professional (US$49/month or US$490/year, 150 searches per month). Search allowances refresh monthly and unused searches do not roll over. Pricing and features may change with notice.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles payment processing, taxes and invoicing. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
New subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you request a refund within 7 days of your first payment and have used 3 or fewer searches in that period, we will refund the payment in full. Beyond 3 searches you have consumed the Service, and the purchase is otherwise non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
To request a refund, email [email protected]. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
The AuctionLens software, design, and brand are the property of AuctionLens. Research results may include data from third-party sources (auction houses, museums, scholarly databases) which remain the property of their respective owners. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
